Beautiful and convenient location and exterior. The inside is pretty too, however we had a few issues with stained bedding, dirty water left in kettle and hairy shower tray. We paid for a double and got a twin room but as we only stayed for one night as a stop gap between destinations on a road trip, we just dealt with it. Easy check in process, you get a message with your key code info in and you turn up whenever, this might not suit some as can feel slightly impersonal. But again as we only stayed one night, we didn’t mind. Rooms have everything you need.

The place was perfect for what we needed which was somewhere to sleep after a long drive, close to a work location for the next day. It was simple, quiet, comfortable, and very easy to check in and out - there was no actual human contact at our travel times but we got a friendly check up phone call prior. We only spent 9 hours there and if this was a holiday base it would ideally have more facilities, but we did not have either those expectations or requirements. There was a big comfy bed, kettle, tea and coffee, hot shower! (and lovely high ceilings!)

The room was really lovely and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and the water pressure of the shower was fab! I didn't want to get out of the shower because it was so lovely! Good location, close to Chester centre and close to Chester Zoo. Had breakfast at the neighbouring cafe which was lovely. Reserved parking bay for the room. Almost sound proof.

The location was great for us, an onsite cafe provides breakfast but also local to other places to eat and drink. Allocated easy parking was brilliant. Rooms comfortable with everything you need. Slept very well and the shower was amazing. Loved every minute. The host was extremely helpful with advice, which we used and made our stay just right. Would highly recommend.
